Merry Christmas!

We've had another whirlwind of a year!

We moved across the country to Orlando, Florida this summer to be near family and for Mallory's job transfer. While that was a hard good-bye to our friends in Indiana and Louisville, we knew it was the right thing to do.

Getting settled in our home in Orlando has been a long process with two small children, but they are only little for such a short time- why stress over unpacking!?!? Our church in Orlando has given us instant community and solid preaching- something we prayed for even before we left Indiana.

Mallory is employed by a company that does business to business sales. It is a new twist for him in the sales industry and he is quickly excelling in this position.

Amy works two days a week for a large pediatric practice, and really enjoys her days off at home with the kids.

John Mark talks non-stop and loves anything to do with Elmo, baseball, or puzzles. He is very active and loves playing outdoors.

Amelia was welcomed into our family on May 6 of this year. She is now sitting up on her own and can be entertained for hours by her brother's running, jumping, or dancing. She loves to babble "dada" and spends a lot of time in her Johnny Jump Up.

All in all, it's been a roller coaster of a year, but a good one. God has been faithful to our family, once again, and given us all we need.

During this Advent season, we are reminded of His coming to earth, and the fulfillment of the promised Messiah. What hope that brings!

May He who brought JOY to the world be the center of your Christmas celebrations.
