Glamping Weekend

Mallory's parents recently bought an RV, and so we all crammed in and went to Fort Wilderness for the weekend.  I didn't get a lot of photos, but here's a small sampling of what I did take.  I like the term my MIL used- "glamping".  It's not roughing it to its fullest, but enough to feel like you're not in a hotel.  :)

This photo captures Amelia's attitude all weekend.  Granted she was sick the week prior with a fever and UTI, so she didn't feel her best, but she was obviously not a fan of the great outdoors.  She doesn't like bugs, asked to go home multiple times, and wanted to be held all weekend.  We'll give her first-timer's grace for this trip....

Amelia really likes to "see" the pictures on your camera after you take them.  Here she is with Uncle Kyle reviewing his photos of the day.

While Amelia napped, John Mark went on a pony ride.  His pony was named Cricket, and he was terribly hungry.  It was truly an effort to get Cricket to walk and not keep stopping to eat!

Uncle Kyle took John Mark to the pumpkin carving contest and he painted this pumpkin purple.

A quick photo shoot on top of Grandpa's truck.... John Mark has become quite the touchy-feely boy and Amelia doesn't like to be bothered.  It makes for interesting photos and lots of sibling rivalry!
